Andy has been the store manager for the past 12 years. He began with us, while the Kitchen Works was still a small department fifteen years ago, and played a strategic role in establishing The Kitchen Works as a valuable and efficient division of Concord Lumber Corp. His first priority as supervisor of the sales team is to ensure that the customer’s needs are being met. With a total of twenty years in sales, he understands that customer satisfaction is the key to running a business.

Andy’s Design Philosophy:
“We approach every job with the goal of not only meeting our customer’s expectations, but also having the kitchen remodeling process be an enjoyable one for our clients through clear communication and a practical design sense”.

“My goal is to create functional yet visually appealing designs”. With a B.A. in Food and Nutrition, Steve understands that a kitchen’s main purpose is for cooking, making it the heart of every home. Steve has more than ten years of experience in the kitchen sales and design industry. Prior to joining Concord Lumber Corp., he held jobs as both a Cabinet Installer and Field Service Coordinator, positions that allowed him to accumulate an intimate knowledge of the design trade; skills he brings to every kitchen design project. Within four years time, Steve is already being recognized as a top designer at Concord Lumber Corp.

Steve’s Design Philosophy:
“A kitchen/bath remodel can be an overwhelming and intimidating experience and I like to make my clients feel comfortable by working closely with them to understand their objectives. I use my knowledge and experience to achieve the design and introduce products to help meet those goals.”

Jim's Design Philosophy:
“Customers can be overwhelmed by the many choices of product available today; my goal is to make the process easy, fun and as stress-free as possible.
